Mini top hats can be used for so many fun things. Use them in a wreath design, make a centerpiece with them, add a mini top hat to you costume, so many options.

You will have the option to have the attachment that is best for you:
* clips - 2 alligator clips at the bottom of the hat
* elastic strap
* headband

You will also have the option for an opening at the bottom of the hat or no opening.

Measures approximately 4.5" tall x 4" wide.
