We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return ONLY if the item is damaged, was never received by you, or it was the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return, your item that was damaged in shipping must be in its original packaging. We will also need pictures of the damaged item, pictures of the box and the packing inside the box. If the tracking shows it was delivered it is up to the customer to request a refund from the carrier and show proof to them that it was not received. If the tracking shows "In Transit", " Pre-Transit", and it was not received by you we will work with the carrier to find out where it is. If nothing can be resolved M&B Creations will refund your money for the product.

We will not accept returns if we were not contacted first. DO NOT send packages back without reaching out to us first.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted except for the reasons listed above.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Processing Time
Once your item has been returned and the refund has been approved the processing time to request the refund is 2-3 business days. You will need to check with your bank for the processing time of when the funds will be returned to your account.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
