What materials are used to create your wreaths?

In every design we create we only use premium quality materials such as silk flowers, wired ribbon, embellishments, attachments, etc. Our goal is to make sure that the design you receive will last for years to come.

Are the wreaths suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, the wreaths suitable for outdoors. However, you don't want to keep them in the direct sunlight or the colors will fade. Make sure it is hung under something like a porch or awning to keep the sun off of it.

Can I order something custom made?

Yes, we love to do custom orders. We can do any color palette or theme you would like.

Processing time for custom custom designs can take up to 2 -3 weeks depending on when the supplies for that specific design comes in.

Payment in full is required before making the design. We do not make the design without any payment or down payment. The reason why we do this is because we have had too many people not pay at all or the remainder when there was a deposit and we were stuck trying to sell a design that was made specifically for someone else.

Once the design is completed a picture will be sent to you for approval or to see if anything needs to be changed.

How do I care for my wreath to keep it looking fresh?

To keep your wreath looking new and fresh make sure you dust it every so often. Dusting it helps keep the colors vibrant. I use either a can of air to blow off the dust or a battery powered air gun that you can get on amazon.

What size wreaths do you offer?

We can do wreaths in any size. The smallest we have done is an 18" wreath. It all depends on what you are looking for.

Can wreaths be used for indoor decor as well?

Yes, absolutely. Wreaths don't have to be just outdoors. Customers have hung them on their mantle or above their mantle and on a wall in their home. You can even hang them on the inside of your door. I have had customers hang them in nurseries and used them for weddings.

Are there options for wreath personalization?

Yes, we can do personalization on wreath designs. Contact us to go over details of what you are looking for and pricing.

What should I do if my wreath is damaged during shipping?

That is a good question. While we pack every design very carefully with lots of padding we can't control the shipping carrier and their lack of handling the package. In a case where your package does come to you damage we do have a return/exchange/refund policy that you can go over. If you still have questions please let us know.

How do I store my wreath when it’s not in use?

The best way to store your wreath when you are putting it away for the season is to keep the box it came in and store it in a dry place like a closet. They won't fit in one of those wreath boxes that you buy in the store, they are too big. Make sure you don't put something heavy on top of the box you are storing it in so it won't get crushed or damaged.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless this is a design where we have multiples of the same one listed in our shop. If the design is a one of a kind we do not do returns or exchanges since most likely it's not something we can remake.

If we carry multiples of the same item then we can exchange it for you if the one you received is damaged.

We only do exchanges in that instance and we do not do returns. We do have a refund policy that explains our refunds and exchanges.

The reason we don't do returns is we have had people that have used one of our designs for an event and then try to return it. We don't play that game here.

How do I hang my wreath securely?

If you are hanging it on a door then one of the wreath hangers you can get on Amazon or other stores will work. If you hanging it inside then I would suggest using the plastic command hooks with the sticky backs so it doesn't ruin your wall. Make sure that the one you get can hold 5lbs or more.

What sets your wreaths apart from other wreath companies?

We thrive on being different and unique. The designs we create you won't find anywhere else. We love thinking outside the box with different color palettes, themes, and ideas. Also, the materials we use are premium high quality. Nothing but the best for our customers. We don't use any items like from Dollar Tree or places like that. Not that there is anything wrong with those items but we have found early on they don't last nearly as long and the quality is just not there. Our prices may be on the higher end of some designs but it's because of the time we put into each wreath making sure every detail is just perfect and the quality of the materials.

Do you offer wreaths that match certain decor styles or color schemes?

Yes, we can make any wreath to your decor or color palette in your home. When you send us the custom request on our website you can also email us a picture of the part of your home you want it made for so we can match it perfectly.
